I focus on future innovation and climate action. My decade of climate experience spans the US Department of Energy, the Nature Conservancy, and collaboration with movements including Drawdown and Speed & Scale. At IDEO I have co-pioneered IDEO’s climate work on regenerative, decarbonized, nature-based conservation and circular economy innovation with groups like Conservation International, Kleiner Perkins, and the Rockefeller Foundation. I also lead IDEO's futuring work, forecasting edges in emerging technology and nature, and directing immersive installations which help leaders anticipate and align. A practicing artist, I create multimedia digital installations for arts institutions included the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. My work has been featured in Forbes, FastCompany, Bloomberg.

I'm Peruvian Quechua, originally from Hawaii, and based in San Francisco. The ocean is a constant influence—its power in surf and depth in amateur freediving.
